  • Developed an AI-powered Academic Regulation Assistant using Hybrid Retrieval (BM25 + Semantic) with Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF) and Cross-Encoder reranking, achieving 81.05% MRR and 96.67% Recall@K.
  • Built an automated document ingestion pipeline using Docling OCR, hierarchical chapter-based chunking, and metadata versioning to transform complex academic regulations into structured knowledge for RAG.
  • Evaluated RAG performance across six benchmark scenarios using RAGAS and LLM-as-a-Judge, achieving 89.58% Context Recall and 80.93% Context Precision.
